CTI uses only the latest payphone equipment to guarantee customer satisfaction and reduce downtime. Our payphones are polled nightly to ensure they are in proper working order. In most cases, problems are discovered and corrected before the customer is even aware of them. When a problem is detected, a technician is dispatched immediately to service the payphone.
Locations utilizing CTI payphones are paid a monthly commission on the coins collected and the operator service revenue generated.
CTI charges .25 - .50 cents for local calls and .25 cents per minute for long distance calls within the continental United States. International calling is available at competitive rates.
